I’ve been asked by a number of people if the images seen in the video of the October 11 Minnesota riots that took place during President Trump’s rally show Ilhan Omar, Tim Mynett, and Isra Hirsi. Running the video footage through face matching (FM) came back inconclusive with the following match rates:
Face matching for Ilhan Omar = 52%
Face matching for Tim Mynett = 71%
Face matching for Isra Hirsi (Ilhan Omar’s daughter) = 56%
These low scores are due to the Persons of Interest (POI) that resemble the three individuals having key facial features such as the nose, mouth, lips, and chin either obscured or distorted. That said, several other video analytics did find multiple partial matches on general personal characteristics such as ethnicity, body size, race build, hand size, and scarf wrapping style. Tim Mynett’s glasses, for example, matched at 94%.
Face Cover and Proximity
Evaluating the appearance of the various POIs in the footage shows that they didn’t cover their faces at all times. In several instances, POI-1, who resembles Ilhan Omar, took the scarf off her face. POI-4, an accomplice of POI-1 (of the same ethnicity), didn’t cover her face at all and was wearing her headscarf in a casual, non-traditional Somali wrap. POI-2, who partially matched Tim Myentt, also periodically removed his face cover. This suggests that at least some participants didn’t have privacy concerns or believed that alternately appearing without a face cover wouldn’t be detrimental. From the spatial awareness point of view, POI-1-4 repeatedly moved in and out of the Field of View (FOV) and operated at a very close proximity to the photographer. On at least two occasions, reaching as close as 18-36 inches from the camera.

Motion Dynamics
Following the FM, I also performed a motion analysis of the four POIs identified. Motion pattern analysis examines the movements of individual objects in a field of view and classifies them according to their trajectory, velocity, and movement pattern. In a typical public gathering such as demonstrations, airport/subway passenger traffic, sports events, street traffic, etc., individuals and crowds tend to exhibit certain patterns of motion like loitering, flowing at the speed of traffic, movement coordination, queuing, pacing, etc. The results of this analysis flagged the following anomalies:
- POI-1, who resembles Ilhan Omar, didn’t move organically within the FOV like the other demonstrators. She loitered around the camera with another female accomplice (POI-4 of the same ethnicity) and seemed to be more interested in being observed by the camera and less in joining the demonstration at the police bicycle barricades a few feet away from them, where the action was taking place.
- At one point in the footage, POI-1 that resembles Ilhan Omar turned to walk away towards the camera, she noticed the camera, and quickly turned around and used both hands to adjust the scarf on her face. She then did a 180-degree pirouette and walked right back in the same direction towards the camera. Typically, this would not be the motion pattern for a person trying to avoid being seen. Instead, one would expect her to turn her back to the camera and walk to either side or straight ahead into the crowd to avoid being identified (see Video 1).
- POI-1, who resembles Ilhan Omar, exhibited coordinated motion with POI-2 (they frequently shared the FOV). Both moved fluidly, slowly, and deliberately as if to provide image-capture opportunities.
- POI-2, who matched Tim Mynett, also interacted with the camera on multiple occasions in the same way as POI-1 did. On at least one occasion, he walked right across the FOV with an unmistakable profile shot and, at one point, deliberately pulled down his scarf, exposing his face, and faced the camera. He was aware of his action because he made direct eye contact with the center of the lens (Video 1).

Linkage and Analysis
Ilhan Omar is a proven liar and an adulteress with a documented history of deception in both her personal and professional life. A detailed analysis of entities involved in a recent video uncovers direct connections between Representative Ilhan Omar and the individuals implicated, highlighting a clear pattern of dishonesty and coordinated manipulation.
Andy Mannix, who recorded the riot video, is a progressive MinnPost reporter with established ties to Ilhan Omar and Tim Mynett. Mannix has also been connected to Cory Zurowski from their time at the Minnesota City Pages newspaper. In 2016, Zurowski published a biographical piece about Ilhan Omar that omitted fact-checking key claims about her background. In the article, Zurowski initially revealed Omar’s real family name as Elmi—a name that directly contradicts her official records—only to change it back to Omar quickly. This deliberate correction attempted to conceal the truth about Omar’s identity.
Andy Mannix is married to Briana Bierschbach, a political correspondent for Minnesota Public Radio and a former AP reporter. Bierschbach has conducted multiple interviews with Omar and written glowing articles about her. These pieces, acting as propaganda, were orchestrated by Tim Mynett, Omar’s public relations manager and latest husband, as part of a systematic effort to manipulate public perception and obscure the truth about Omar’s presence in an Antifa riot.
Omar’s marital history is filled with irrefutable inconsistencies and fraudulent behavior. In 2009, she married Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, a British citizen who is her brother. This marriage was conducted to facilitate immigration fraud, a deliberate violation of federal law. Omar has repeatedly lied about this relationship, but the timeline of her marriages, coupled with evidence from official records, confirms the fraudulent nature of this union.
Her actions extend to illegal tax filings. While legally married to Elmi, Omar filed joint tax returns with Ahmed Hirsi in 2014 and 2015, violating federal tax law. This was a blatant act of fraud, demonstrating her willingness to disregard legal and ethical standards. Omar later amended these filings, but her excuse of ignorance is not credible. She knowingly broke the law.
Additionally, Omar misused campaign funds to cover personal legal expenses related to her fraudulent tax filings. In 2019, the Minnesota Campaign Finance Board confirmed this misuse of funds, forcing Omar to reimburse the money and pay a fine. This act of corruption highlights her repeated abuse of power and disregard for accountability.
Further, Omar’s connections with individuals such as Mannix, Mynett, and Hirsi reveal a clear pattern of coordinated deception. Their proximity during key events is not coincidental but a deliberate attempt to execute a carefully constructed narrative. Mynett even instructed a colleague to use his credit card in Washington, D.C., to fabricate an alibi for his whereabouts—an intentional act of deceit designed to protect Omar and her circle.
Ilhan Omar’s conduct exemplifies a consistent pattern of lies, manipulation, and ethical violations, underscoring her lack of integrity. As P. G. Wodehouse aptly observed in Jeeves Takes Charge:
“Any undertaking that requires the presence of four people all in one place, all at the same time, while two of them are unaware of the fact, is fraught with the possibility of mishap, sir.”
In Omar’s case, however, these actions are no mishap—they are calculated efforts to deceive the public and perpetuate her fraudulent behavior.

Prophetic Visions of Fake News
Mannix’s social media activity before the rally may also be relevant to this discussion. On October 10 at 11:40 AM, a day before the riots started, using what seems to be a prophetic vision, he twitted the following prediction for the upcoming event:
“There will also inevitably be a lot of fake [news] or unsubstantiated claims…”
Suspiciously, the only viral fake news story about this event is associated with the footage that he recorded.
Image 4: Andy Mannix’s prophetic tweet about future fake news relating to the Minnesota Trump rally
It certainly seems that the whereabouts of Ilhan Omar, her daughter Isra Hirsi, and Tim Mynett during the riots could fit into the debate about ‘unsubstantiated news claims’. What is not clear, though, is what role Mannix and his progressive reporter network played in engineering this event.
Conclusion
Based on the positive identification of Tim Mynett and Isra Hirsi and the multiple partial matches for Ilhan Omar, it appears highly likely that this event was a staged publicity stunt aimed at crowd-sourcing a false identification. On the day of the demonstration, Omar was already back in the United States from her overseas trip and could have easily arranged for a private flight back to Minnesota.
The purpose of this stunt could have been to discredit those investigating her history by demonstrating that Omar was in a different location when the video was recorded. This would have allowed her PR team to exploit the “false match” narrative to dismiss not only this specific incident but also any future attempts to scrutinize imagery linking her second husband to her brother.
Additionally, this suggests that someone from Omar’s team—most likely Tim Mynett—is actively concerned about using image analytics to expose her questionable family connections. This effort seems designed to preemptively craft a counter-narrative, mitigating the potential damage of such investigations.

What a sad bunch.
Your identity software is spot on.
I really enjoy your blog. Thank you for sharing this analysis.
“Why cover up your fascist faces, idiots”
This just boggles the mind. Hillary and Obama have done so well in creating such hate and division.
Hubbs and I are watching old shows (we never saw back then) of Hollywood shows from 2007/08 and it is sad and incredible to see how Hollywood carefully interspersed hints of Obama being the next president.
Then it makes me laugh a little…. silly poor Hillary
